Artisan Stone Products – Credit Card Financing Terms

I authorize Artisan Stone Products to charge the credit card listed above for the agreed-upon purchase(s).

I understand and agree to the following terms:

  1. Payment Schedule:
    My total balance will be divided into two (2) equal payments:

    • The first payment will be charged thirty (30) days from the original purchase date.

    • The second payment will be charged sixty (60) days from the original purchase date.

  2. Transaction Fee:
    A 3.99% Merchant Services transaction fee will be applied to all credit and debit card payments.

  3. Authorization for Future Charges:
    I authorize Artisan Stone Products to securely store my credit card information and to process future payments as outlined above.

  4. Declined Payments:
    If any charge is declined, I will be contacted immediately to provide an alternate form of payment. Failure to provide timely payment may result in suspension of services or additional fees.

  5. Receipts:
    A paid receipt will be emailed to the cardholder following each successful transaction.
